Big Ben is the name of the main bell. Although the tower is often referred to by the same name, it's actually just called the Clock Tower.

EMT staff don't wear hi-vis for dispatch, just their normal uniform

Nah. It only seems to be FGW (and FSR according to me123) who do use hi-viz. FTPX don't, well not at Manchester Piccadilly anyway. Virgin, NXEC and Northern certainly never wear hi-viz to dispatch.

Network Rail New Street do, but that's probably advisable given the lack of light down there!
