There are a few typos and inaccuracies in the article unfortunately. Bakerloo and Hammersmith and City at Praed Street (Paddington)? The other station at Bishop's Road should be the one mentioned I would think.

Interesting that it excludes Edgware Road (Sub), presumably on the basis that the station was slightly relocated, but includes King's Cross, which is definitely not the original station location (that in fact being adjacent to the former Thameslink station). Farringdon has also moved slightly from its original location.
Likewise, the wrong Paddington is mentioned - the article seems to be referring to Paddington (Praed) when it should be Paddington ([Sub|Bishop's Road]) - Praed Street opened in 1868.
There's also numerous small errors in the text and photo captions, with several of the photos being questionable (Why include pre-refurb King's Cross Picc platforms, which are nearly fifty years younger than the original Met?).
Nice thoughts, poor execution, sadly.

For the benefit of those challenged by links, the six stations are:
Baker Street
Euston Square
Farringdon
Great Portland Street
Kings Cross St. Pancras
Paddington.

The caption of the Picc platforms also says that they are a replacement of the original platforms... I think there's definitely been some confusion there!
I believe that Edgware Road, although completely rebuilt around the 1930s, when the last of the Circle Line steam loco servicing installations were removed, is actually on the same site as the original. Whereas Kings Cross is not.
It is unfortunate that whereas both Kings Cross and Paddington had their stations rearranged to be right in front of the main line station entrance, and directly connected, the same was not done to move Euston Square to be right in front of, and integrated with, Euston main line.
I'd say Great Portland Street and Euston Square are the only ones to retain the original character, to an extent. All the others have been rebuilt to be unrecognisable.
