Initially thinking this may be a re-run for the 1976 drama filmed on the preserved SVR, I went to look...

It would seem to be a brand new musical adaption, but I will note to those interested that this is shown to be 15:17 (?) on Xmas day:

I’ve just listened to it and it’s an excellent adaptation. It’s best listened to after dark by a log fire, a glass of something warming and a mince pie.
I see the double track tunnel mouth image chosen by whoever at the BBC has third rail for that authentic Victorian atmosphere!
