I note this morning, that previous Centrebus and Huddersfield Bus Company services in West Yorkshire are now grouped under the title of "Yorkshire Tiger"

http://yorkshiretiger.co.uk/

Is this a management buy-out, or parts that Arriva didn't aquire?

This is the Centrebus Holdings operations in Yorkshire where Arriva acquired 100% ownership recently. It's simply been renamed Yorkshire Tiger.

Cunning ruse so Arriva own them but don't have to take Arriva tickets on them.

(And obviously they can't still be called Centrebus holdings without causing confusion).

Curiously it seems that the K-line name will survive - but their timetables don't seem to be on any operator website (e.g the hourly 900/901).

Have the K-Line timetables ever been on any website apart from the WY Metro one?

I'm not sure. Thought I'd seen the 900 on the centrebus one at some point but I could be wrong.

Really not sure why they don't appear as they promote(d) the day tickets as being valid on the K-line services on on-bus adverts.

They're on the one the OP mentioned.

Odd...

It's linked to from this page: http://yorkshiretiger.co.uk/timetable-kirklees.php

But not mentioned on this one: http://yorkshiretiger.co.uk/timetable.php

Or this one: http://yorkshiretiger.co.uk/timetable-calderdalr.php (which doesn't quite spell "calderdale" correctly).

Given most of the route is in Calderdale, I thought it might be there - and on their main page!

The website clearly does still need some work - some of the timetable links don't work.

The homepage seems to imply the site is under development.

It also currently states Wakefield is in Kirklees!

It does indeed. Looks reasonable for a quickly run-up one - certainly at least as good as the one it's replacing.

If you click "Wakefield" it does take you to the Kirklees times, but then if you click "Bradford", it takes you to the Leeds times, presumably because all the Bradford services go to Leeds/Bradford airprot in Leeds district.

Not sure why they are keeping the K-Line brand separate, Centrebuses used to tip up on K-Line routes all the time only yesterday I saw the 317 service being run with a Centrebus bus!! K-Line is a bit of a shabby operation the drivers look like a bunch of scruffy buggers they could do with the Yorkshire Tiger brand make over.

Same as Pocklington is in East Yorkshire, however when you address a letter, you'd put:

X, Xxxxxxx, Rd,
Pocklington,
YORK.
YO23 XXX.

York not being in East Yorkshire.

Postal addresses are not the same as council districts. Not one place in Greater Manchester has a Greater Manchester postal address. Examples of postal addresses in Greater Manchester:

Altrincham, Cheshire - Despite being in the Trafford borough of Greater Manchester
Didsbury, Manchester
Atherton, Manchester - Despite being in the Wigan borough
Wigan, Lancashire - Despite Wigan being a Greater Manchester council.

Anyway the point I was trying to make was on that page for all but one line the left hand column says the same place as the middle column e.g. Bradford and then Bus Times in Bradford (OK it links to the Leeds page but the site is under development.) The last line says Wakefield and then Kirklees, which doesn't follow the same format as the other lines nor is it correct.
