The push pull Edinburgh - Inverness 23-24th sept

I was planning to go and see 47712 with the ScotRail push - pull set this weekend down in Aviemore but I am not sure if it has been cancelled or not.
I have seen lots of different websites saying different things some saying it’s cancelled and some saying it’s not. Does anyone know if it is still running?

It’s a private charter that has been made available generally, be happy for that! Exactly. There is no obligation on behalf of the operator to open it up to fare-paying passengers and there was no guarantee until now that the loco would be available. Some people just love to moan, whatever the...
