My records are in the UK. Was anyone on this board on that tour. I remember it as a great day out run by Dale Ficks and Neil Webster iirc RESL. I can’t remember the sequence but there was a 56, a 58 and a pair of 20s. Great day out especially as it took us right into the Doncaster Plant on an open day iirc.

I was there, remember it well. Loco's involved 33028+031, 56011, 58010, 20054+093, 08876, same loco's on the way back except 33020+039 back to Clapham from Brent instead of the first two 33's.

Good tour that, always remember hanging out of the front window behind 56011 storming up Sharnbrook - the heat and noise were unforgetable. Unlike the 58 (my first for haulage) which was dismal in comparison, like all subsequent ones. The pair of Tinsley 20s were if I recall rather 'large' at the time in terms of rarity.

I saw the thread title and thought it was going to be about Japanese Knotweed.
