I think you may be right. Wikipedia says the next station along is Arundel (on the Arun Valley Line)!

I was half-expecting that Arundel would be possible as we've done it in reverse on this game...

But unless anyone knows of such a service, we shall kick off a new leg at Wallasey Village.

Hang on, I've just noticed that DanMan has already used Ford, so that is invalid. I agree with Robinson that we can't go up the Arun Valley. All stations towards Brighton have gone. As far as I can see, there is nothing west from Littlehampton which does not call at Ford. Therefore, I think Robinson did indeed win. Birkenhead Park.
