Not true. Coulda gone down from Inverness via Perth and Stirling to Glasgow QS, then navigated round the Argyle/North Clyde lines to Central, then gotten out via the WCML.

Are summer-only services valid? The legs in Scotland have all skipped the summer-only stations (Dunrobin Castle, Falls of Cruachan)...

Sorry if this has already been brought up, but I thought services had to run once a week throughout the year to count? If services to the Manchester whatever-it-is Halt do not count, why should a summer-only service count?

Yes I noticed that, but in order for that to happen, we would have had to, between us, pass up two very clear-cut winning chances before we even got to Glasgow!
