A typical commuter-belt part of north-west England
EDIT: Please note rule 6:-
6. End of the Line: When at the 3rd station from an end point, if the 2nd station is not posted within 3 hours, then 20 points are taken from the leg total. If no posts are received over 6 hours, another 20 points are taken from the leg total.
Parliamentary Plus: An extra 5 points per parliamentary service. These are awarded to the winner of the leg.
A long wait...An extra 2 points for using a route where there are less than 3 trains a day. These are awarded to the winner of the leg.

Let us not forget the above when problems occur.

Too late. Wasn't expecting someone to send us back up the GWML that quick.

So MattE lives in a more civilised place than me does he? When did Blackburn become more civilised than Bath? :?

I'll be leaving you all to it now. Can't be on here for long tonight, and I want to read up on the rest of the goings-on.

We shall commence somewhere more civilised.

Cherry Tree.

I don't know why I said that actually, it's my duty as a Prestonian to hate Blackburn

Nothing wrong with this end of town! The centre and east of Blackburn are horrid; but Pleasington (wholly) and Cherry Tree (in places) are quite nice, middle-class areas.

With a name like "Pleasington" I would hope so

Lancaster  (might make the skipping service a bonus though?)

I would hope I knew that the train I have travelled on several times skips Lancaster! Just wasn't sure if there were any others...
