A typical commuter-belt part of north-west England
This game is about navigating around the rail network building up a long chain of stations, whilst stopping other players from reaching the end of any lines.

How to play
  1. Players now take turns to move to other stations, so that:
    • Each station can be reached by a direct train (see Notes) from the previous station posted, with no intermediate stops.
Does this extract from the rules of the quiz make matters any clearer?

Hi
Lime Street would have been valid after Moorfields, the game does not distinguish between different parts of the same station.

Hope this helps.

Yes, but when we arrived at Moorfields, we had been travelling on the Merseyrail Northern Line and there are both Low Level and Deep Level Merseyrail Lines.
The point I was changing from the southbound Northern Line to the Wirral Line Loop.
