I wasn't aware, but have checked the first page posting and it says: "

This shouldn't be the station that ended the previous leg, or a terminal station with fewer than two routes out

Shouldn't rather than mustn't - so it seems guidance, not a requirement, so I think we can continue surely - but will bear in mind for future - and await adjudicator response if others would like to do so
