This is not allowed. The relevent extract of the rules is here:Manchester United FC Halt
(Is this allowed? It says matchdays)
- A direct train is a passenger service run by a National Rail TOC. The current timetable is used, and amendments for things like Engineering Work are ignored unless they are noted in the "Red List" of amendments in the next post, usually reserved for changes lasting longer than a month. You can ignore any pick up/set down only restrictions.
- You cannot use any freight lines, but you can use any line that has a passenger service at least weekly (not every 3rd Monday etc).
Thanks for clarifying (I wonder why it's still marked as served on the National Rail map then), in that case EcclesThis is not allowed. The relevent extract of the rules is here:
Further, MUFC Halt has not been served for years at this point.
Which services run direct from Patricroft to Wigan North Western?Wigan North Western
That only means trains use the chord Parkside Junction - Lowton Junction - Golbourne Junction, not that trains stop at Patricroft and Wigan North Western. There are a number of examples of this.
