I agree that this posting ,as one currently in print, was the one that won that last leg, but then editing had taken place, ruling it invalid.

Howsoever, Dan Train is a new contestant, possibly unfamiliar with the rules. Perhaps one of the resident adjudicators currently online can contact him to explain where the rules are to be found.
