It would be a good idea if all current contestants would familiarise themselves with the rules of this quiz that are shown on the very first posting on this quiz.

Also, when doing so, to see the RED SECTION at the foot of that posting.

I would echo this advice. If, after consulting the rules, anyone is uncertain or has any queries, feel free to drop any of the adjudicating team a PM.

The Red Section - which lists any current 'no-go' lines or stations - is updated regularly as engineering work is completed. Although the adjudicators will try to make posts bringing attention to any changes in the Red Section, this cannot be guaranteed.

The adjudicators do try to monitor the quiz, but we all lead busy lives and cannot be around all the time. If none of us are on-line and a player feels that an official ruling is necessary, the best course of action is a joint PM to the adjudicators, and one of us will deal with the problem as soon as we are able. 'The Next Station Is' has a team of adjudicators specific to this thread:

Hi guys! Sorry for that win - it was quite mean-spirited. But, nevertheless, I won, so we continue from there.

NoMorePacers: DasLunatic won the leg at Mallaig. You're allowed to go to a terminus, his win was perfectly valid. I'm assuming that this is what you wanted to amend...? Whatever your planned change was, the Quizmasters also have the ability to govern this game and alter its rules, though this may happen through discussion with adtrainz (who only seems to be online rarely). You can contact the QMs here.

DasLunatic: No National Rail passenger services omit Morar between Mallaig and Arisaig; the steam trains do, but those do not count in this game. I hope you win the next game - I'll try to make it as long as I can. Remember when you won ten on the trot?

Also, don't worry about being 'greedy' - none of us our perfect! I think that my last win evidenced that.
