Well it was either this way or to Holyhead, and I decided these stations were marginally easier to spell! :D

GENERAL INFORMATION

CLOSURE OF GLASGOW QUEEN STREET (HIGH LEVEL)

Glasgow Queen Street (High Level) is now closed until Sunday 7th August 2016 for major engineering works. During this time revised timetables are operating, with services mostly being diverted into the Low Level platforms instead. For the purposes of this quiz, we do not differentiate between the High- and Low-Level stations at Glasgow Queen Street. Therefore where services are merely diverted into the Low Level platforms, this makes no difference to us here.

However, calling patterns may also be different from the timetables as published in the eNRT. I would urge caution should we find ourselves in this area during the closure, and it would be wise to check with on-line journey planners before posting.

During the closure, the following section is completely closed, and may be considered 'off limits' in the meantime:

Glasgow Queen Street to Ashfield
