There is no need to apologise, we all have problems with the technology at some point or other. Thank you for doing the decent thing.

The next game will start at:

Beverley.

Congratulations. You managed to win, without anybody snatching victory from the jaws of...

Arram and a 'Long Wait...' bonus.

EDIT: There is a need to apologise, however, for my relentlessly bad puns.

The service at Arram isn't quite sparce enough for a long wait bonus, there are 6 trains per day northbound (all call at Beverley). An almost failure on an omnibus means I still require my shack tick there.

In that case, I have just had an almost failure in my post. At least I haven't posted Armley Moor Arram.

No worries. In most of the moves I've looked at to get there to tick off the shack, it certainly seems like a long wait.

I started the leg at 17:05, it is now 17:20, so:

The next game will start at Bexhill.

Thank you, Das Lunatic, for making the fall guy posting. Very decent of you.

The rules say nothing on using closed stations... do they?

A typical commuter-belt part of north-west England
AFAIK only currently opened NR stations are permitted, so no closed stations allowed

This posting response of clarification was made on this thread last month by this forum member, so I am surprised and somewhat disappointed to log on and find that the question of using closed railway stations has once again been raised upon this quiz.
