He did return, but he wanted to collect his thoughts over that weekend first on the matter that you made reference to earlier today. You might not like the way that I worded the posting that you considered "unnecessary" but believe me, I was the one to whom all PM had been sent to over a two week period when matters were getting progressively worse.

I still retain my senior adjudicatorship whilst I am on this thread, so there are still two of us in this capacity.
