Bizarrely enough, there are no direct trains between Carstairs and Lockerbie.

Sorry but I can't consider Carstairs to be worth a parliamentary bonus; there are plenty of other trains which run on the stretch of track in question, neither is the particular service that also calls at Kirknewton a parliamentary service at all. A long-wait bonus would be more appropriate.
