I have to ask a ruling about the coming 6-week period of the Chorley blockade when viewed in the light of the extracts from the quiz rules.

Table 82 shows that there is a different timetable M-F for the period 21 July to 29 August and Sundays 20 July to 31 August. Therefore I suggest the blockade is from 20/07/14 to 31/08/14.

Regarding the Chorley engineering works, Table 82 of the GBPTT is divided into sections by date (quite common in many individual tables) and during the blockade there are no trains between Chorley and Preston. Since the rules clearly state that the timetable current at the time of posting, Chorley to Preston will be off-limits for the duration. According to Table 82, trains are advertised to resume on 1st September.
