I have to ask a ruling about the coming 6-week period of the Chorley blockade when viewed in the light of the extracts from the quiz rules.

As you live a lot nearer, I believe you are probably better placed to inform me whether or not this blockade spans a timetable period. If it doesn't, then the rules would appear to suggest we should disregard it.

The time period runs from later this week to near to the end of August. I have already sent a PM to clagmonster regarding this matter, noting the RED SECTION at the bottom of the rules section on the very first posting on this quiz.
