It is on NR rails (or Merseyrail)
It is not just a terminal station (There are two or more different stations that can be reached from it, on separate lines.)
It is not the same station as the one which ended the previous leg.

Sorry, Tim, I should probably have mentioned this as you are new. As all valid moves from Blackpool North take you to a station on the Preston-Blackpool branch (unless I've missed something which is fast to beyond Preston), Blackpool North fails the second criterion so is not a valid starting station. Please could you pick another.
