Reversals are allowed, providing that an onward station is one that has NOT already been named.

Please note that London Victoria has already been named a few postngs ago.

As far as I am aware, there a no direct services from Battersea Park to Brixton, non-stop or otherwise. I suspect that backontrack inadvertently played from London Victoria.
