I don't think that, westbound, anything does both Lakenheath and Shippea Hill. Thus, as far as I can see, Shippea Hill is invalid so from Lakenheath:

I won't pull a fast one and go Manea instead

I would comment that the rules are unclear that you have to use a current timetabled service. in teh 80s and 90s, it was valid :)
