Thinking about it, Inverness has only terminal platforms (although I think there are through services from the 'south' to the Far North). I think there have been cases where such starting stations have been disallowed, I'm thinking of Bourne End as the precedent. May we have adjudication before proceeding.

I believe this is correct, although I'm not sure who has the final say on such matters these days, having not heard much from adtrainz for a while...
