My opinion is that it should be, alon with Hellifield-Clitheroe, during the course of the summer timetable only.

An extract from the current rules

2. You can use any line that has a passenger service at least weekly (not every 3rd Monday etc). ......Fast services are allowed, subject to rule 4.

Now you see my worry about this. "At least weekly" signifies a 52-week operation. No services at all run during the winter timetable.

A full confirmation and adjudication is therefore requested with regard to "summer-only" services.

Absolutely, I think it will come down to the majority view from the regulars. During the course of the relevent timetable, my interpretation is that such lines have an 'at least weekly service'. When I have made objections to them in the past, it has been winter.
