I have posted edited rules here! Please note rule 6:-


6.End of the Line: When at the 3rd station from an end point, if the 2nd station is not posted within 3 hours, then 20 points are taken from the leg total. If no posts are received over 6 hours, another 20 points are taken from the leg total.

Because of the sudden infrequency of postings that has suddenly afflicted this particular quiz, I thought that pointing out the implications of rule 6 would be useful to contestants.

On another matter, do we really need new legs with only four postings needed to complete them ?...:roll:....... (Mind you, that is only a personal observation)

I'm aware of the implications, and if I find that Duirinish is posted after 17:56 (note the clock change, it doesn't seem to have taken effect on the recorded post times) and I am online at the time, I will take the -16 points for the 'win'.

If you don't like legs that happen like this, just as a handy hint, start them so you is an even number of stations left on the branch. If you started at Plackotn or Stromeferry, you would have closed of the quick 4 pointer tactic.
