Looking at table 65, it seems there are two southbound services calling at Carstairs. One, the sleeper is pick up only at Carlisle, so presumably we are not allowed to use this. The other calls art Lockerbie. Therefore, I believe this to be invalid.

We have definitely had pick-up only stops used before in this game in the same way. Motherwell to Carstairs non-stop being the first that springs to mind...

As there is a prescedent of alighting at pick up only stations, my Oxenholme. Prior to the contreversial answer, it was Carstairs.
