Everything after Carstairs, seems while 1M90 stops for an extended period around 05:00 at Carstairs before going onwards to make a passenger call at Lockerbie the Carstairs stop is not to pick up passengers. Northbound 1S30 makes passenger calls at both.

From the rules:
Any stations which are pick-up or set-down only count as normal stops to avoid confusion.

Therefore, Lockerbie was valid and play continues as normal. We're at Dalmeny, with me having made the last move.
