There are trains tonight after 1800 according to Real Time trains - it must be a temporary closure for some reason, which makes no difference to the validity of Deansgate. Unless it is a total closure for a period of several weeks it doesn't make any difference to the game. (Check out the red section on page 1 of the thread for a list of these closures.)

1. How to play

Temporary disruptions, such as landslips or flooding, should be ignored unless the disruption period exceeds one month.

In the event of long-term engineering works, these should be ignored unless they span a timetable period and are noted in the National Rail Timetable. Station closures less than a month long should also be ignored.

In response to a query raised earlier today, the abovementioned extract from Rule 1 of the quiz should clarify matters.
