The Scotrail timetable states it stops there. It is common acceptance (I haven't double-checked the rules on this to see if the common acceptance is incorrect) that if the train stops there it is a valid move regardless whether it is set down/pick up only.

I've seen this move been played a few times before. Queen Street is an accepted stop as per the rules (set down / board = normal stop). And Edinburgh for this train is it's origin, where people can board (Seated passengers have to change here).
