I agree it is a valid move but not that it is a long wait, there are also Euston - Crewe trains do this leaving Stoke at 19:04 and 20:02.

Alsager is valid from Crewe in any case.

This has since been corrected. During the turmoil, we have ended up at Longport (on 1K00 CRE - DBY), and since we have already travelled to Stoke-on-Trent, I have won. If I have, the next game shall start at Southend East.

What a surprise, bearing in mind you post winning moves before correcting your own errors or post moves that you would 'sportingly' be expected to play the penultimate move, but wait until someone else does it. A player by the name of Robinson used to do this regularly and players drifted away for a while as players got fed up at the win at all costs attitude he had.

I'm going to take a break from this for a short period as I'm fed up with your style of play.

Right, just as a point of protocol, you MUST strike through what you consider to be an incorrect posting, BEFORE you then post a replacement. It is very confusing to see two stations named in a posting, neither of which have been struck out.

Retrospective strike-through's AFTER another contestant has made a new posting is not being very fair to other contestants who have made what they assume is a valid follow-on posting.

I have never had to wear my senior adjudicator's hat twice in one day before and I don't want to find myself in the same position again.

I would say, as far as I am concerned, everybody is welcome to play the game. From me though, that welcome is conditional on playing by the rules (I know people can make mistakes, which are forgivable), and play in a sporting manner.

I agree with this advice. The order in which these actions are completed is important, since order of moves is essential to the game.

I think there is now no doubt DasLunatic made the last post in the leg, but the confusion that occurred above is very regrettable, and repeats of it need to be avoided.
