I think clagmonster's said in the past that Stalybridge definitely doesn't net a bonus, because TPX send 4 trains an hour down the line

Would that also rule out a bonus for Guide Bridge, as this has regular Northern services on the Manchester to Glossop/Hadfield line ?

But the track between Denton and Guide Bridge has no other services. I think thats a crucial difference, as the Parly service is effectively keeping the line alive

But they don't stop at Guide Bridge, thus it is only the parly from Stockport that keeps that flow open. Personally I'd give parly bonuses for Guide Bridge-Stalybridge, otherwise you should use the same logic to not give bonuses for stations like Pilning, Tees-side Airport etc.
