I've got a question concerning the new rule regarding full station names.
If signs at a station use a shortened form of a station name, is it permitted to use the name as it appears on the signs, such as Rose Hill Marple omitting the 'Marple' on signs in that area. Likewise, for stations where multiple stations have the same name, will it be deemed necessary to use county suffixes, Whitchurch Hampshire and Whitchurch Shropshire as an example.

This leaves us with the matter of a leg-winner who does not return to the quiz to post a new starting station to launch a new leg.

Do the rules cover this matter? I cannot see what is to occur unless in the last winning move, the winner has added the rider..."Open Floor, if successful."

Is there a period of elapsion of time when another forum member, can then set a new starting station, in order to let matters proceed. If the rules need clarification to address this matter, can this now be made by the quiz setter?

I think that with regard to your query as to the showing of county suffixes, that point has been raised many months ago and an informal posting answer was given, but that self-same clarification was not then caused to be entered into the rules section on the very first posting on this quiz.

This matter is now another one for the quiz-setter to ensure is now entered into that particular rules section.
