In honesty I turned off after about a minute due to the camera shake.

Maybe stop doing that annoying thing where you film the train coming in, then fling the camera around. That really does look awful.

Also, USE YOUR DAMN TRIPOD.

Quite the opposite Fred, I think Meld's comment was the snidest in this thread yet... and I totally agree with him!

Indeed. Did anyone actually believe he would leave? Mind you, I've no idea why he chooses to stay, and then moans about people having a go at him.

Keeping an open mind...

Can't blame you for camera shake on this one, obviously tripod irrelevent out the side of a train... but still shouldnt shake if you rest the camera on the side of the train.

Got a bit annoyed at the changing of windows and the the panning of the camera, the need you felt to move away from the edge of a good position on the platform to standing almost behind the water tower  and didnt catch any whistles either? there are a fair few boards on the way...

However the wheelslip was amusing and made a nice sound. sound is one of the important charectoristics of a steam loco :D

Wilts & Dorset take off roofs of their buses for the Bournemouth to Swanage route in the summer.
