(2) this station is served by one TOC
(3) Direct road access to this station is at the end of a country lane that is approx 0.8 mile long.
(4) Alternative road access is a 1-2 minute walk away along a waterway, from the end of a 0.4 mile long country lane (which you walk over on said waterway).

No. Carlton isn't listed as far as I can tell, and the platforms at Lowdham are on the same side of the level crossing. I think there's only one station on the line which satisfies both criteria.
