I'd originally assumed the stations had to be National Rail but on checking the 1st post in this thread, couldn't see it stated anywhere so thought my assumption may be incorrect.

Have now read post 908 and seen the attached rules PDF...(!) Clearly this is far more complicated than I ever realised.
