I can't think of any which fit all the rules.
EDIT:
Bradford has two stations, but Forster Square is electrified and Interchange has 4 platforms.
Glasgow has two stations, but they both violate multuple rules.
Neither of the Helensburgh stations quite work either.
Birmingham Snow Hill could work, but the wording of rule 5 suggests that there is only one other station in the settlement.
Wigan Wallgate works save for the direct service to London bit.
St Albans violates various rules, as does Southend (electrification), Maidstone (electrification), Wakefield (direct service), Burnley (not 3 platforms or London), Blackpool (not 3 platforms), Liverpool (everything), St Budeaux (platforms), Yeovil (direct service), Dorchester (platforms/electrification), Farnborough (London/platforms/electrification), New Mills (platforms), Reddish (platforms), Warrington (platforms), St Helens (platforms/electrification), Pontefract (platforms), Livingston (platforms/electrification/London). There are others which I haven't bothered to list because they violate practically everything.
Am I being really blind?
