I was waiting for another guess, as that could be considered incorrect, as I didn't think that Exeters used the slows, so they wouldn't go through a platforms (at the platforms)?

The answer is West Byfleet, where there is a platform on the Down Fast, for services to Exeter, hence me saying to!

I shall, assuming the clues are considered appropriate, post a new starting first clue:
