Let me recap:

(1) All trains terminate here. (Ore sees Ashford-Brighton)
(2) It does see electrical trains.
(3) The track at the station is single track (I don't think Ore is single track)
(4) Only pre-1990 stock comes here (also not true for Ore)
(5) The station has 2 operators, and two platforms.

Combine clue 3 and 5, and you should have only 2 possible stations remaining!

I keep seeing stations that miss just one of the criteria. (Blaenau Ffestiniog, Pembroke Dock, Glossop, etc.)

Hold on. Does Hartlepool see any electric trains?

EDIT: No it doesn't, but I'll go with Heworth.

3: I am inside the M25
Please may I remind you of rule 3.3 :
"3.3 The Turn Player must allow a minimum of five minutes and one viable
response before providing any additional clues. This applies through the
game, right through to the final clue. There is however no requirement
to advise competing players that their responses are incorrect during the
interim."

There were only 3 minutes between your clue 2 at 21:04 and clue 3 at 21:07.

I'll guess at London Victoria.

You could've just left it overnight, instead of adding extra clues which is not in the rulebook....
