Thanks. I realise "as many as" might be a bit ambiguous; I actually meant that the number of bay platforms was equal to the number of through platforms - apologies for any misunderstandings

Steeton & Silsden?

My morning DMU that stops is the first Leeds-Lancaster. My train capable of 125mph is the Kings X - Skipton and vice-versa.

This one is a bit hard to explain
5: If you get an all-stations train from this station, you've got 8 different possible next stops.

Example for Cardiff Central: 6 possible next stops (Ninian Park, Pontyclun, Grangetown, Newport, Pye Corner, Cardiff Queen Street)

I considered Doncaster but only got to 7, as I forgot there is now a direct service to Ponte Carlo. Just being pedantic, surely the GC to Ponte is not an all stations service, and I don't think there is anything that is an all stations service up to York (the Kings X - York call only at Stevenage between Kings X and Posh for example).

I can understand it was a bit difficult to explain.
I thought about "there are trains in 8 different directions", but Selby is a long way before it divides from the ECML. "There are 8 different stations you can reach, without passing other stations" might have been a bit clearer, but I feared it would also be a bit confusing.
In my mind when I started divising the clues, it sounded better.
