For the record, I have no idea with this one as all the station buffets that I know are in the North, at stations that are either unelectrified or have a far lower proportion of electric services than Brighton.

I am going to take a pass as being an answer, in order to move things on. The answer sought was Manningtree.

This station is south of Carlisle.

Apart from during engineering work, this station has direct services to the same number of London Terminals as Carlisle Citadel.
