Diss (is too short an answer so I shall have to bulk it out with this pointless message, success!)

5) All TOCs serving this station provide diesel services. Some also provide electric services.

Robinson has it. I was actually posting the clues while on a TPX divert from EDB to MIA via NCL.

No idea where does this so it's random guess time. Colchester. (Remember: If wrong, you must allow at least one other response.)

If correct, however unlikely, I would like to take the floor. However, if I have not taken it by 2200, it will be declared open.

5) At this station, a regular vistor to this thread declared that the system had cheated them out of a win.

The answer I wanted was London St Pancras.

Thanks a lot

A repeat next month will see me being less-than-pleased. And I won't be the only one on this thread either.

Why? Who've you recruited?

I haven't technically recruited anyone! My teammate "offered" to join me as part of my "advert".

Mind you, I seem to recall saying you were a lucky charm and/or leprechaun after Liverpool and would be happy to have you along again ;)

Don't feel like you have to. Just saying as much.

I'm not sure if I'm going to be free to make it, and if I am free, there's a very good chance of me being booted off the train at MK (I'm planning on using an... interesting route on a ticket, assuming that the loophole hasn't been killed off by that time)
