If proper nouns were allowed, no blank tiles were used and no tiles were laid on bounus squares, the combined words of this station's name would score 16 points in the standard English version of Scrabble.

Rule 3.1 is cited below:
"3.1 The Turn Player selects any station under National Rail jurisdiction for use in his round. He may not select any station that is not in one of England, Scotland or Wales, any station on any other system (including other railway systems in England, Scotland and Wales), or any station that has closed to passengers."

Norton Bridge is uner National Rail juristiction, as it is managed by London Midland. It is in England. It has not closed to passengers as no closure proceedings have taken place and it is still served by the replacement bus (which I believe doubles as a normal service bus).

I believe it is your floor in any case.
