Just to clarify, you still lose a point if your answer appears after the clue, except where you can prove it wasn't down to something within the control of either yourself or the Turn Player (e.g. poor timing as is usually the case). If it was caused by an external problem however, such as an Internet failure, and said issue can be proven then I will show leniency and not deduct a point. You are still forbidden from making another guess until the next clue is provided however.
P.S.: If my typing the above had caused me to fail in this way, I would have withheld the point deduction. Sorry guys

In other words it has all three kinds of full stop (I don't mean . obviously ) - stopping, non-stopping and terminating.

andrew bell has made a marked improvement. Far fewer penalties for one thing! clagmonster is also improving. Meanwhile, not including that last round, Robinson had been top by one point - bad luck there
