By way of explanation:
Clue 1: Hope Valley line is (I’m pretty sure!) unelectrified.
Clue 2: 2 platforms, 2 TOCs (Northern obviously, EMR has some early/late services that call there). TPD passes but doesn’t call.
Clue 3: I suspect this one was the issue. Google Maps shows a public footpath from the Sheffield-bound platform - I didn’t say it had to be a practical route, just that it was possible! I wanted to make this clearer in the clue, but couldn’t find a way to do so without giving too much away at clue 3. My bad.
Clue 4: Sheffield to Manchester, populations 556k and 551k respectively
Clue 5: Hope Valley Line. Apologies here as well if people thought I meant it had to be an exact match.
