I'd count the avoiding line separately, so that fits the bill for me. Just for future reference, you should only have one guess per clue, there is a points penalty for having a second guess.

Clue 5:
Apart from some of the services terminating or originating at this station, all services serving the station serve the capital of the country that it is in (by country I mean England, Wales or Scotland).

I was defining country, your cunning sense of detection should eliminate Scottish stations.

Bedwyn fails clue 3 as many West of England trains run non stop through said station.
