As a foreigner, the West Highland line and Settle and Carlisle stick in my memory more but you have many pleasant railways.

Liskeard to Looe is another, although "only" a branch. St Erth to St Ives is very short but also a contender, and from what I recall the Gunnislake line is good, as is the Whitby branch and of course NYMR to Pickering.

Very good choice of scenic lines
