The result of the case makes somewhat interesting problems with regard to the position of Premier League games and the televiewing of them. This has been a typical David v. Goliath contest.

Maybe if the government launched an investigation into how tv rights were sold we may not have this problem. Why should one media company dictate when and what times the match kicks off?
The FA should also be investigated for selling the tv rights to away England matches. The reason why? The numpties at the FA overspent rebuilding Wembley.
