The future for 37418 and Caroline?

Not to be that grumpy guy, but I don't think Caroline will be out and about anytime soon with Loram now having ceased operations, 37418 and Caroline are sat in Derby RTC awaiting a new operator and 950001 is going to scrap (as far as I am aware), so I wouldn't get you're hopes up on seeing Caroline anytime soon, sorry about that.

Not really sure at the moment, 418 is still owned by a group/person (exactly who I cannot remember) so I doubt that’ll go to scrap or anything, hoping they’ll get picked up by a new operator but nothing else has been released since then.

Ah, thanks. I'd really like to believe a 37/4 in mainline operating condition wouldn't be scrapped in this day and age anyway. Oh well... not sure if there's a calling for a 37/4 anywhere right now outside preservation? Unless the new operator were to simply pick up where Loram left off with Caroline. RHTT season is nigh but that is very close (it might've started?) and I think that the locomotives are covered at this point
