I have a interview and the new style assessment day next week for Northern

As it would be a Dmi - Am I correct that this is the depot Manager with a individual also from Northern HR who conduct this?
Or is a Dmi a manager who does not work that specific depot
I know alot of info on the line too which if they are the actual depot manager could come in handy

I can't speak specifically for Northern but the DMI would usually be carried out by a Driver Manager, ie the person who will potentially be the candidate's line manager, or maybe a member of HR staff, or both. I'm sure someone who's been through the recruitment process at Northern can confirm the details.

My DMI in 2023 was with 2 driver managers. One asked the questions and the other made notes. This was at Manchester and they were both Manchester DM's. Not sure who runs the assessment day as I haven't done mine yet, think it's a HR person.
